Kairos is a platform that guides a digital transformation from end to end. It brings together in one place the phases of the method, the maturity of the organization, the roadmap and the initiatives that need to be executed. This page shows the product vision, not a finished version.
In progress · product conceptKairos is built on a proprietary method of 6 phases (Know, Assess, Ideate, Roadmap, Orchestrate and Sustain) that run across 3 pillars (Persona, Business and Technology). The idea is that a transformation stops living in scattered presentations and moves to a board where the real progress is visible. What follows are mockups drawn to explain the concept, with sample data and no real organization behind them.
The 6 phases of the method laid out as a journey with status and an overall progress bar. You can tell what is closed, what is underway and what comes next, without having to open a separate document.
Kairos guide. You closed Know and Assess. You are in Ideate. Before moving on to Roadmap, it is worth having the high-impact initiatives prioritized, so the order of the roadmap almost falls into place on its own.
Phases and statuses are illustrative to explain the concept. The 42% progress is a sample value, not a real measurement.
Each pillar sits on a five-level scale, from Initial to Optimized. The diagnosis makes it clear where the organization is furthest behind and where it already has ground gained, so no effort is spent where it is not needed.
Levels are illustrative to show the format of the diagnosis. They do not correspond to any company assessed.
A quarter-by-quarter timeline that arranges the initiatives into three lanes, one per pillar. It shows what runs in parallel, what depends on what and when each milestone is expected to close.
Generic sample roadmap. The initiatives, the quarters and the overlaps are illustrative, with no client behind them. The hatched bars indicate work still to be planned.
The initiatives ordered by impact and effort, to decide where to start. The table lists them with their priority and the map places them in the quadrant where impact is high and effort is low, the zone where it is best to begin.

Sample prioritization. The impact, the effort and the position of each initiative are illustrative to show how the order is decided.
Companies that want to digitalize for real and need a clear method instead of scattered projects that do not talk to each other.
Managers and transformation leads who need to show concrete progress to the board and the team, with a single shared picture.
Those who guide transformations and want a board that applies the Kairos method with their clients, not a folder full of spreadsheets.
Kairos is in progress. Leave your contact and I will let you know the moment access opens, so you can try the board among the first.
