The network that manages a musician's career. A hub connecting platform, consulting and community for artists across Latin America.
In progressRytcel is my most personal project on the professional side: a hub for musicians and bands across Latin America, born from my own experience as a musician. The metaphor is the mycelium: every artist is a thread and Rytcel is the underground network that connects them. It brings together a platform (that helps manage the career) and a consulting studio (real strategic guidance).
An RPG-style career map: the artist unlocks zones (fundamentals, craft, live, network, scale) by completing quests that an agent proposes.
EPKs and dossiers ready for LATAM grants (FONDART and Ibermúsicas, Latin American public music funds), festival and label submissions. The independent musician's number one pain point.
Backing tracks synced with MIDI and preset changes for the actual gear (Helix, Axe FX, Neural DSP).
Strategic guidance billed by project or retainer, not formal management.
Confirmed gaps nobody covers: EPKs for grants, festival submissions, tour routing, an integrated live engine.
A checklist of 150+ variables across 20 categories to diagnose an artist.
A first real artist under guidance (pilot 0).
It comes from 7 years as a musician (a band with a recorded album) and from gear and touring lived for real.
My real experience as a musician and a pilot case, plus illustrative scenarios marked as examples.
My own life as a musician, with a recorded album and tours, is the foundation of the hub.
A real pilot case of career consulting (pilot 0).
Registering works and rights (ISRC codes and SCD, Chile's music rights society) so they can get paid for streaming and shows.
Building the press kit for grants like Fondo de la Música (Chile's national music fund) and for festivals.
A release calendar and audience strategy, not putting music out just to put it out.

Let's talk. I come from the same side of the stage.
